Cebu Pacific has chosen the Community-Based Climate Change Project in Mindoro Island, Philippines as the main beneficiary of our partnership with WWF-Philippines. It will be implemented in the municipality of Sablayan, and the adjacent Apo Reef Natural Park (ARNP) in Occidental Mindoro. The project aims to build the resilience of Sablayan’s and ARNP’s marine ecosystem and coastal communities to facilitate adaptation to climate change, protect dive tourism and sustain food production and economic development.
